Ahmed Eldin
Ahmed Eldin, is a Greek-Egyptian graduate of Junior College –a division of the American College of Greece majoring Communication-Public Relations.
From the early age of 16, begun his career in Islamic ideological work, due to his natural affinity for knowledge of religion and philosophy. He have extensively studied the teachings of Christianity and other religions.
His activity has started as a volunteer discussing with friends; reaching until current date being invited by well known journalists in Greece to private channels; discussing about topics of Islam plus participating to a number of debates comparing Christianity, Atheism, and Secularism to Islam.
Now, Ahmed is a representative of the a local “El Rahman” Islamic Associatio, and has responsibitilies involving creating a positive awareness for Islam in Greece to non-muslim greeks.
In addition Ahmed has written a book named: 'God: Trinity or one God?' ( ecognized by Islamic Call Society of Tripoli). He also created a web site named: www.islamforgreeks.org which informs about Islam and correct all types of misconceptions created for Islam from Western societies; with evidence and facts.
Ahmed has participated in a number of events, lectures and debates, including:
•TV shows like The 'Kalimera sas' program, with Journalist: George Aftias on 'Islam in Greece and the Quran insult'. And the 'Akzizei na to deis' program, with Journalist name: Tatian Stefanidou on 'Homosexuality in Religion'
•Debates, including debating Dimitris Athanasiou, a Christian Orthodox Theologian on 'God in Islam and God in Christianity: A comparative view', and Tasos, a Christian Greek missionary on the topic: Is Jesus Christ God?', as well as Efstathio Kodoravdis (Greek Priest) on 'Holy Trinity: Myth or truth?'. Ahmed has also debated the atheist speaker Urfurshlaag on 'Does God exist?'.
